Affiliate Eligibility:
To be eligible for affiliate commissions, individuals must be an active Independent Contractor (IC) associated with BWJ Travel, LLC. Affiliates must maintain their active IC status throughout their participation in the program. All child affiliates must also maintain their active IC status for parent affiliates to receive their tiered commissions.
Travel Bookings Commission Structure:
Parent affiliates will earn 10% commission on each travel booking commission payout to their 1st-tier referred IC member. Grandparent affiliates will earn 5% commission on each travel booking commission payout to their 2nd-tier referred IC member. Great Grandparent affiliates will earn 5% commission on each travel booking commission payout their 3rd-tier referred IC member. The referred IC member (or child) must be an active member of BWJ Travel to receive their own commisison payout, and ultimately, ensure payment to the referring affiliates. BWJ Travel, LLC has the right to refuse any commission payouts due to unpaid dues, chargebacks, recall commissions, or other reasons as deemed necessary by the company.
Cookie Duration:
Cookies will be active for 45 days from the initial click on the affiliate's referral link. If a booking is made within this period, the affiliate will receive the applicable commission.
Payouts:
Commission payouts will be processed on a weekly basis on every Friday, with a minimum threshold of $50. Payouts will be made via ACH.
Promotional Materials:
IC affiliates will have access to a range of promotional materials, including webinars, text links, and content suggestions, to facilitate effective marketing efforts.
Prohibited Activities:
IC affiliates are prohibited from engaging in unethical or misleading promotional tactics, including spamming, false advertising, or misrepresentation of our services.
Booking Revisions and Cancellations:
Affiliates will only earn commissions on confirmed bookings that are not subsequently canceled or revised. Commissions for canceled or modified bookings will be reversed.
Brand Usage:
IC affiliates are allowed to use our brand name and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our services within the affiliate program.
System and Website Issues:
BWJ Travel, LLC, is indemnified from any liabilities arising due to system or website issues that may affect the affiliate program.
Sign-Up Fees:
Monthly membership ($49/month): Referring affiliates will receive a one-time $0 for each successful referral who signs up as a monthly member. This applies only to the Tier 1 affiliate.
Annual membership ($396/year): Referring affiliates will receive a one-time $0 for each successful referral who signs up as an annual member. This applies only to the Tier 1 affiliate.
Compliance with Laws:
IC affiliates must comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing their promotional activities. Any violation may result in immediate termination from the program.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Termination may result in the forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these affiliate program terms at any time. IC affiliates will be notified of any changes and are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms.
Recall Commission:
We reserve the right to recall commission if the member the affiliate has signed up disputes their transaction with us or a refund of their membership fees has been given.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from this affiliate program will be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties.
